Problem with Master Settings & connection offline + question

Hello ^^

1st problem:
If I try to change something in Master Settings I get an error message: "User Rank config incorrect for Rank 2. Next ranks requirement nedds to be higher than previous rank". I never changed the rank file.

2nd problem:
If I connect the bot w/o the stream live (and sometimes even with it on) the bot go off..

Question:
I would to make animated gif for the viewers, is there a guide for that? I watched all the videos...

PS.
Is there a way to allow links and spam in general only to vip and not to normal users?

1st Solution: In the master Settings go to user Rank tab on the left>Load Default.

2nd Solution: The twitch servers have been having problems. If you are having trouble connecting, please specify a sever other than 192.16.64.145, or try using port 6667 instead.

Answer 1: Like A follower alert? You can use .gifs. To make them, there are programs out there.

Answer 2: Deepbot doesn't have chat moderation.
