Where do I put the CSS for custom follower notification?

Where do I paste the CSS for a custom follower notification?

I am wondering what to do with the CSS and how to setup the custom notification?  I am going to use one of the ones Emerocky created.

In the CLR Browser Properties, there is a CSS tab. That would be where you place it.
