users not gaining coins

Every now and then some users don't gain coins. I have had them leave the channel and come back, still no coins were gained. I have reset the bot client and still nothing what am I suppose to do for those people?

can you please give some examples or logs? I can see you have the setting set to give 1 coin every 30mins when the stream is offline. If you can provide some logs or timestamps around when the issue happened, it will help to investigate further.
