Can we make this a THING?

So i want to be able to check another user stats as a moderator how many hours watched and such can @targetpoints@ and @targetrank@ be implemented to fulfill this need

!check user : Check the stream currency balance for a specified user. this isnt for how many hours someone has watch or thier rank in stream
