Blocked whisp?

Hello, is possible to get ban on whisp messages?
Because, i started Deepbot on my stream , i have around 1500 viewers + and because bot was new in my chat.... all viewers spammed command to show how many they have points..... I set it to whisp messages, but after few minutes, it stops working and do not want to send any whisp commands... other commands to chat are working :)

I tried to log on to bot acc on twitch, and send random whisp message to me. On bot acc is it showing sended messsage, but i recieved nothing on my acc

I have VIP to 17.1.2017

Most likely from the sound of it, your bot was shadow banned from whispering. I would contact twitch to see if they can make it a bot account on twitch.
