Why I can't use external checkbox?

DB version: 08-Aug-2015 - Closed Beta - Revision 0.7.3.3

Is it premium function only?

Ok, tnx. Perfect upgrades:

Drag race > only VIP
OBS Overlay > only VIP
and others

I think VIP status should give a new useful functions, but VIP in DB now is a previous free functions.
