Quote system deleting quotes

Im a little lost here but everytime I add a quote it gets deleted for some reason. I have 5 quotes but when I add a 6th it goes in but a day later its gone. Is this a setting somewhere or a bug? I have VIP so i cant figure out why they get deleted.

Maybe it does not get saved when you close DeepBot.
Also maybe its one of your mods deleting it?
Try to safely close it.
