Donation notification

Hey guys.
It saddens me a lot, since we went through a lot of troubles on my channel with update - donations notifications - and now I had an opportunity to try it out.. it does not work Could you please look on it, Experts ?
Preview works, it works right after that version was deployed, giving points to members even retrospectively, but now I received a donation but nothing happened.. no VIP, no in chat message from bot, no sound, no check(I am streaming game capture, that would not be seen anyway..)
I need more testing ( donations - hard testing : ) on this, but there is a high possibility something is wrong..

I am sorry for your bad experience with this functionality. I understand there were some issues with crashes and regional settings that had to be resolved when this was first rolled out. However, I understand that is is working across several streams currently.

I will touch base with you when you are streaming to try and debug the issue on your end through teamviewer.

There is no need to apologize at all, I have strong confidence it will be working fine, there is only one problem.. I am eager to show it to my viewers and since it's so hard to know when/if the donation will occur, it's very difficult testing.. even worse, it was working before :/

If it will happen again, I will try to provide more info, for now, let's pretend it's some twitch problem, it's got a lot of problems lately.

thanks a lot for a help with test notification, maybe it was something off on either side.(Mine or twitch)
Since the first occurence I have formatted my disk and there are cpl more versions of bot, so maybe that's that. Also Twitch seems to have stabilized.. a bit

But I am pretty sure I have received an email from paypal, as a notification of donation, but no chat message, no auto VIP, no points, nothing
I'll let you know after some other real donation happens and we can close this after that, hopefully.

We could as well continue here with the CLR notifications. Well sir, it works like a charm, as far as preview can tell me Really awesome work !

What to do next - cheque eur is working only in desktop, not in CLR, text settings not in CLR also (only tried my changed text color) and the positioning, of course.. For now it's very nice that it just works, it's just a couple pointers what I think would be nice to have.. thanks
