I have a question.

I am a streamer myself and i support another streamer.

If i wanted to order a bot for both streams, would i have to do the donation and premium payments twice and if so, how do i basically donate the other bot to my friend?

Yes, you can.

Well you will have to pay for two licenses, and both premium payments. So $10 per license ($20 in total for both), then $5 per license every month ($10 for both) after the first month. I would either fill out two applications, or have him fill out an application. When making the payments, put one under your twitch stream name, and the other under his twitch stream name.
