Bind VIP Status to Rank

Hi all,
I think that i have seen a feature that ranks viewers VIP Rank up, when they reaching a specified rank. For Example: Rank 10 = VIP Bronze, Rank 20 = VIP Silver, and so on...

Can someone pls explain me how to get this working.

You can setup a command to upgrade to VIP, but no feature when user reaches x rank it gives vip.
