Bug:Moderation privileges not removed
Info:when you mod a user, and shortly thereafter remove mod from them via twitch, the bot still sees them as having mod privileges, and therefore allows them to run mod commands that they should no longer have access to.
How did you produce this bug or come across it?: Quin69 modded users to help ban a chat botter who was spamming his chat. About 3-4 hours after unmodding said users, they are still able to run mod commands on deepbot.
