Command to see VIP expiration

Hi,

Is it possible to set up a command that let's mods see other's VIP rank and expiry date?

I've been sifting through commands and trying to figure something out but have been unsuccessful. Can it even be done?

!vip shows your own rank expiry
!check shows hours and stream currency

what I mean is a command that will let you see other people's VIP expiry.
