Custom Commands - Disable Whisper Response

I have some commands like voting that necessarily need to be displayed in chat so that the information is public. I also have a chain command that has my bot enter /clear to clear the chat, and then explain with text why chat was cleared. These don't work as intended if users whisper these commands to the bot, under the new whisper feature.

Please add a checkbox to custom commands to force commands received via whisper to be entered into the streamer's chat instead of via reply in whisper.

Also excited to see this implemented.  Seconded!  It would be useful for mods who would like to provide command response information without revealing the command used to do so.  Thanks!
