i have paid for my deepbot vip asccess and i have not received it . please give my bot back VIP so i can't stop emailing you guys about this crap every month

Hello,

The reason your VIP wasn't automatically added was because you payed under the Twitch ID "Glock19Girl" and not your new one "jennicidal".  I would recommend canceling your subscription under the name "Glock19Girl" and making a new one under "jennicidal" so VIP will be automatically added in the future.

sorry my typing is terrible. i'm writing these messages in between matches because i am currently streaming as this issue is going on and trying to explain to my viewers what's going on.

We can manually add the VIP for this month (which we will do as soon as expertsonline comes online) but we cannot automatically change the Twitch ID of your payments, as you set that when you make the subscription.  You must go into Paypal and cancel your current subscription under the wrong Twitch ID, and make a new one under your current Twitch ID.
