Bot does not display any follows and commands say VIP Exclusive

Hello.

My deep bot is saying that commands are VIP exclusive and it will not tell me donations, or follows. I re-donated hoping that will fix the issue as it has probably been a month. Where would i post that i redonated to get my functions back?
