Hi. I have had deepbot a while, but i'm no longer VIP? I went for the pay monthly automatically.

Did you include your stream name in the twitch name box when making the subscription?

Hey yes i did, So not sure why it didn't work, i have paid again now and tried the monthly direct deb again.

I have little bit same problem, i have click on sub but didnt notice that i pay just 1$ and then i have payt another 4$ and nothing happend

If you subbed $4. It will not work. I recommend cancelling the subs and wait till your VIP runs out.
