Users get banned when requesting songs

I use deepbot to moderate my chat but I also use song requests in deepbot. However when users request a song they receive a ban/purge. How can I make it where they don't get banned for using the command but can still be banned if they post a link.

You can add youtube.com to the links whitelist.
