!addhcmd %level !cmdname

Hey there
as I'm not only streaming from time to time but also have to moderate a few channels it'd be nice to be able to add hidden commands, without asking the streamer to hide them from !cmdlist
So they're there, but the ones that don't know they're can't use it. Would be great to manually add chained commands (especcially with the new possivbilities in 0.9.10.0)

you can cover over the !cmdlist just by doing, !addcmd !cmdlist [whatever], Which has worked for other streamers, that I've mod.
