Run as Service / Web Interface

Just decided to put my bot up on my dedicated box.  I know this would be far off, but wanted to get the gears turning on this before UX is completely implemented.  This would be useful for both people hosting on dedicated servers as well as giving channel mods a GUI for doing work rather than just chat commands.

At this point, migrating the DeepBot system into a hosted service with a web dashboard would require a significant amount of time and almost a full re-write.
As such, this would not be a feature in the near future.
