(Unable to reach support for a cloud backup)
I am curious if anyone else has been having this issue but I have been attempting to reach support for close to a week by sending two emails (from my actual and stream address) and I just sent my second PM and I am unable to reach anyone.
I have been paying automatically via paypal every month in the amount of 5.00(us) and really need a backup because I just reinstalled my OS on my main drive. I am starting to think that I am doing something wrong or have not paid enough but I thought it was right.. idk..
Am I a total dummy and am just doing something wrong is support on vacation?
