Loyalty points does not seem to work for me

Can anyone try and help me with my Loyalty point system, I called my points FlamePoints but when I type !flamepoints it does not show anything, I have the loyalty system activated!

If you have it spelled with caps, I believe that you need to use caps when typing the command

Typing it with or without caps does not seem to make any difference

Have you changed the name of your points to not be caps? The bot seems to have issues with caps for commands.

Problem Solved!

Nn the config tab saying "points check on bot chat". If you disable that, the points requests should start functioning.
