Right now, you can specify Mod Level 1 & Mod Level 2 in DeepBot. This is really helpful for giving some mods more powers than others for commands like !add.
However, Access Control only allows you to restrict commands to Mods, and not also split by Mod Level 1 & 2. Can 8 (Mod Only) be split into:
(Mod Only)
Works for either level 1 or 2 mods (existing functionality)
(Mod L2 Only)
Works for level 2 mods only (new functionality)
