Hey,
The stream is trying to reward people with loyalty points by letting them buy silver/gold with the currency. It is set to give them VIP Silver/Gold for years. But people who have bought silver/gold mentioned they lost it, presumably because they subbed or unsubbed and it reset their rank or something?
Is there any way to prevent this from happening? So that silver/gold remains permanent.
