Connect to OBS Remote on Go-Live

Right now, in order to connect OBS Remote, OBS must be turned on and you have to go into open DeepBot Master Settings. It would be convenient if DeepBot also automatically checked for an OBS Remote connection when it detects a stream has gone live for the first time.
