I miss read the info when creating the application and had named my bot after a twitch channel already being used

IF you are just changing bot name, you can use this guide to update it without putting a request in: http://deepbot.deep.sg/forums/index.php?topic=3206.0

If you have troubles logging in, use google chrome incognito mode (Ctrl+Shift+N)
