Error trying to update
« on: May 23, 2016, 08:06:53 AM »
Hello there!

I'm having this error when I try to launch the update process: https://gyazo.com/94ba69aef6fce6e1a7d4a83c2180b9b2

Any solution?

Probably should post the actual error log instead of the message saying it made a new error log. Go to your Deepbot folder and look in the logs folder. Find the error log with today's date and paste that.

Also, could try running update.exe in your deepbot folder.

Edit: Might be getting the error, due to update.exe not being in your deepbot folder, due to an anti-virus deleting it.

Can you post the errorlog.txt from your Deepbot Folder > Logs Folder?

I went to the same folder deepbot.exe and update.exe is in, there is only those 2 applications and a "install directory"

Running update.exe as admin? Make sure deepbot is closed as well. :o

Would you mind posting the errorlog.txt from your Deepbot folder > logs folder?

Inside the deepbot folder you can find a backup.exe file, run it as admin and voila! :D
