Music player Ad-block?

Hello, I've been wondering if it's possible to enable adblock for the music player. From what I read it uses your main browser, but I have chrome installed along with adblock and the music player is still showing ads. Is there a way around this?

If you click on the blue arrow underneath the player it will open it in your default browser so that your adblock plugin can work on it.
