Add feature to automatically make user a VIP based on time in stream

We would like the option to have Deep Bot automatically make a viewer a 'regular' viewer. This could easily be done through adding a feature to make a user a VIP 1 based on the time that they watch the stream.

For example, user watches for 15 hours, they are now a Bronze VIP or Regular viewer, now they can enter for giveaways, or have special commands for coming to the stream on a regular basis

Timed rank is already a thing. Giving your viewers rank based on time or points. VIP is for more of a reward system to allow you to get to donators/supporters.

What you could do is allow the viewer to purchase VIP with points. I have my points given 1 every hour. Allowing anyone with 20 points to purchase VIP Bronze with a command.
