Execute command every x min or by random within x to x sec/min/hour/day

Hello,

Question: Is there a way to make your bot or deepbot execute a command based on either time or randomness?
When i say command i mean a pre-created command and then have deepbot or the bot connected with deepbot execute the command by it self within a time or by random.

You can chain it to itself. Not sure how to do it randomly. I mean I suppose you can chain multiple versions of the same command at different times.
