is there a program or site that we can use to create custom follow, sub, or donation alerts instead of posting some one else to do them?

Not that I know of. I mean you can edit the CSS of each CLR Browser URL. All I do, is copy and paste the default CSS into the CLR  Browser and just plug in the Pic and mess with the the placement of other things.

Right Click (If on Google Chrome) > Inspect, and it gives you the CSS right there, then you can change anything you like and just preview or put ?test=true at the end of the URL.
