It is one license per stream. If you plan on using both accounts to stream with/to, then you would need to purchase another deepbot license for your second channel. If you want to just switch your deepbot license over to the new channel, you can do that. You can always revert the change if you change your mind. Just know you shouldn't keep switching your name constantly, maybe once a week or so. (That is just a tip in case you do plan on changing your stream constantly, since the Dev has to do it manually, it can be annoying.)
