first of: When i first downloaded the bot i had the same issue...
I started it and it took a good 5 minutes to start up and also kept freezing every few minutes for a good amount of time (1-3 min) and just stopped responding.
at that point i tried reinstalling and updating & nothing fixed it, wanted to refund but my lazyness paid off and upon starting it up a week later it all worked perfectly (i didnt change anything).
i set everything up and used it for a good month (maybe even two? lost track)
now out of nowhere, the same problem.
bot takes forever to start and keeps freezing every few minutes again.
the bot does not crash. all commands etc. used while it is "not responding" just suddenly activate whenever it "un-freezes" which happens automatically after said period amount of time.
i also have a problem of the bot being caught in a loop of literally spamming all times messages over and over again, so not just one run through all time smessages but every single one forever til shu down manually. (yes they are set up properly and worked just fine until the bot did this stupid freezing thing again)
so yea, whenever he starts responding again i have to disconnect and reconnect him to make him stop spamming the timed messages.
I would love to get this problem fixed as soon as possible since my whole stream is by now build up on deepbot.
hope we can soon figure out how to fix it~
