Specified Bot Account does not exist

Ok, I'm feeling really dumb here as I am sure this is something easy to do.

So I am trying to buy Deepbot. I've seen other streamers use it and I love it. However I can't get it. I sign in as my streaming account, CuirineDubh, and I go to services. I choose to pay the $10. It takes me to the sign up. I enter the name of the twitch channel I got for my bot crazy_fox_bot under "Twitch BOT username". I try to pay but it won't take me to pay I get the error "Invalid Bot Account: Specified Bot Account does not exist."

What am I doing wrong?

You will need to make the twitch account for your bot to use.

As I said, I have the twitch account for crazy_fox_bot.

Is there a way to make it recognize that I own that?

It works this morning. I don't know why it wasn't working last night. I guess it took some time for the account to activate

If I had one piece of feedback-- it would be easy instructions on the main site as to what is needed to actually buy the bot; like a second Twitch account and that you might have to wait 12 hours for it to be active, etc... I didn't see that anywhere so I apologize if it is already there.

Apparently it was on our/twitch's end. They finally forced client ID on all API requests, which is why several users were having issues.
