A few suggestions:
Running deepbot as admin?
Try timing out mods/unbanning them?
Make sure your points aren't over 1 billion, as this causes issues with mini-games and what not.
On the config tab > Bot Login > Points Name Box, make sure you put just the points name. Example: acorns instead of !acorns.
Were the points whispered to users or just posted in chat?
