Discord doesnt connect anymore

I can't seem to get Discord to connect again I have followed the instructions an was able to get the bot working in the beginning but now even if I make a new bot it still will not connect.
Also if anyone can help me with requesting music mine is stuck on VIP members only an I would like to make it so everyone can request songs but I cant seem to find it in any of the configs.

Please if anyone can help that would be great I've been trying for days an Im very tired of trying to get this bot to work correctly like it was on day one when there was 0 problems.

For Discord Issue, update your client, it was fixed in a recent update.

On the music tab, make sure max song for all users groups is set to anything but 0. If set to 0, it will not allow them to request songs.
