Unable to login after installing

Hello,

I have just downloaded and installed DeepBot but have been unable to login.

When I enter my bot account details I get a message saying that DeepBot is in closed bets and the account does not have access.

My bot user is iClarityBot
My twitch user is iClarity_TV

Please could you provide some advice?

Did you make a twitch account with the name "iClarityBot"?

If yes, make sure you are entering the login details for the bot login correctly.
If no, you need to make a twitch account with the bot name you want. IF the name is taken, use this guide: http://wiki.deepbot.tv/changebotname

Hello Repent,

I can confirm that I have an account for iclaritybot which I have been using with a different bot previously. I can also confirm that the login details are correct as the twitch authorization page accepts them and passes the oauth details back to deep bot.

It's when I click connect on deep bot that it says that I don't have a deep bot account for iclaritybot even though I signed up and paid yesterday.

But your stream is iClarity_TV, not iClarityBot.

I assume you are putting iClarityBot into the stream name from the sounds of the error. Or even entering your iClarityBot details into the streamer login as well.
