OAuth code unable to connect with twitch

I have signed up a new twitch for my bot but every time I try to connect the bot to my stream it give me an error message while bot it trying to connect to twitch I cant figure out why.

Make sure to follow this guide: http://wiki.deepbot.tv/changebotname
Then restart Deepbot after making the changes to your account.
