viewers on my stream try to request and it shows up on the bot wont start or do anything at all

even when its off it stream shows up on list can anyone help

Can you screenshot your music tab?

A few suggestions:
- Run Deepbot as admin
- Try reloading/enabling the Video Player by hitting the blue box on the right middle side of the music tab.

So even when you double click it or hit next, it doesn't play?

A few other things you can try:

- Try running DBUpdater.exe in your Deepbot Folder. (The Default location of your Deepbot folder is: “C:\DeepBot - Twitch Streamer Assistant”)

- Navigate to your Deepbot Folder > Right-Click the Deepbot Application > Select “Properties” > Navigate to the “Security” Tab > Make sure all users listed on the “Security” Tab have the “Full Control” permission checked.

No, but I would just make a copy of your data folder in side the deepbot folder. The data folders holds everything.
