Cloud Storage

How do I access my cloud storage? I am a VIP so I should have backed up files. My computer was repaired and the company factory reset the computer. If someone could help me out that would be great!

Email the Dev at Deepbot@deep.sg and ask for a cloud backup. Include your stream name as well.
