Point system not working

I made the bot twitch, and everything is up and running when I go on the software, but nobody is getting points, people I know can't type in the commands like the commands only work for me. The timer is running but even I am not getting the points I am supposed to get, and it's not working for anyone else so I was just wondering if anyone has a fix to my issue?

On the Config Tab > Loyalty Point Timer > Can you screenshot the settings?

I just want to make sure you have it enabled and x points every x mins is set to something higher than 0. Same with the point multipliers.

Yes I have the points enabled and set, that is not the issue. The issue is the user database isn't putting any of the viewers in it, nobody can use the commands I made or check how many points or hours they have, and nobody is getting points. I used to get points, but now I don't get them either.

Most likely something is blocking Deepbot from writing/saving/reading files, such as an anti-virus. Could also need to make sure the bot has full control for all users.

Navigate to your Deepbot Folder > Right-Click the Deepbot Application > Select “Properties” > Navigate to the “Security” Tab > Make sure all users listed on the “Security” Tab have the “Full Control” permission checked.

Also, make sure you are running Deepbot as admin, this fixes a lot of common issues.

I did everything this said and now the only one getting the points is my bot, and the user database still never updates, and now it crashes and says to report it to expertsonline. Anything else I can do, I really want to be able to use this software but something seems to always go wrong.

Can you post the errorlog.txt from your Deepbot folder > logs folder?
