Bot is not chatting

Was wondering if anyone else was having a problem with the bot right now. So far it's been great, but right now it doesn't seem to be chatting =[. It will maybe say one thing every so often.

It's probably Twitch chat eating the messages, their chat servers have been screwed the last week or so.
