deepbot not working? Singtel or me?

Currently using singtel connection, Cant connect to the bot or use the website
Currently using VPN shield to type this post.
Is the problem on my end or deepbot end or Singtel end?

Not sure if ill get a reply soon
But hopefully soon!

I suppose the first port of call would be trying to connect without the VPN shield active.

@Dante557 i tried using without VPN shield, i cant even visit the deepbot page and forums , it just say "Site cant be reached"
and when i connect to the bot it say "something about the firewall".

It was fine the day before
