I'm pretty small streamer and I have a problem with the system bet. whether it would be possible to have some of the same style like ankbot bet system. Deepbot for example, if all invest in the same condition as the exchange everyone gets the same amount back what they invested.

This is how the bet system works across the world. Everyone bets into a pool. If there are no losers, everyone gets their points back. If you have losers, the pool is split among the winners.
