Viewers can't check their points.

I was wondering, why is it that my !shadowcoins command doesn't work?
The only way people can check their points is by having a mod do the following command !check <name>. Please let me know how i would go about fixing this issue.

P.S i changed the field where it said "coins" to "shadowcoins" Neither of these worked for the !coins !shadowcoins command.

Any tips on how to fix this?

In the "Points Query Settings", make sure 'Point Checks on Bot Chat' is not selected.

Wow thanks for that. Was wondering why it never showed up when i was trying. What exactly are the checkboxes for?

That checkbox means that people would have to go to the bot's Twitch chat to request their points total, rather than your channel's chat.
