Problem with my new twitch username

Hello guys i have changed my old website https://www.twitch.tv/fopt_membrillo to https://www.twitch.tv/membtv

then i get the current message from the bot http://prntscr.com/ed0slo

how can it be fixed? hopefully there is no problem with it.
