What about to add a giveaway feature like its in nightbot.
There you can ask a question and the first who types it in is the Winner.

i personally dont like the idea because its very very unfair for your viewers since everybody could have a different kind of delay.

thats why i choose the keyword ruffle to do giveaways and give everybody like 5mins to enter the specific keyword ... and at the same time use the time to make me a coffee or take a bathroom breake.

Agreed I think the delays are too much to add this. If differentiates between users.
