DeepBot Purchase

I've purchased DeepBot and it told me to wait 24 hours for an email and it has been 24 hours and I have not received that email. What do I do next?

You are setup from what I see. Login into our site and you should see a download tab at the top.

I do not see a download tab. All I see is sign up under the licence unless its somewhere else.
