My Deepbot isn't showing up in my Channel

My channel on twitch is 'Junsington' normally my deepbot, named 'Bottyboibot', shows up as a moderator and handles my raffles. However tonight it isn't in chat and i can't seem to figure out why. On the deepbot.tv the streamer chat tab, no matter what i type nothing shows up in this. I should still have VIP until the 28 so if it's cutting me off more than a week before that time then I'm not very impressed with this service.

I updated and when i try to sign back into the app it will not allow me to input a password

The anit-robot thing is glitchy and not working properly.
