permissions have not been updated. when i try to log in using my new twitch name keystonered_ ,it says i can only log in with twitch name Keystone012 (old twitch name).

Ik have no pre approved payments under my paypal to cancel because i only payed the one time 10 dollars for the one month plus the free one month..i logged on to deepbot website with my new twitch name keystonered_ and extended my vip with my paypal account. Once i try to do the bot login with the deepbot program it says that my license only permits Keystone012 (old username) to sign in....i can not sign in with that username because it no longer exists.

For the bot name? Do you own the twitch account for that name? Because under bot login > OAuth password, you would enter the bot's twitch login.
