Vip exclusive error

I pay the 5$ a month for the exclusive content but they are blocked still.

Assuming $10 for January and $5 for February before your name change?

Anyway it looks like the payment itself still came under your old name



I've sent it to Experts to get the VIP transferred over to your new name. In the meantime you will need to cancel your old recurring payment as it appears to be still active. Please follow this guide if you're not sure how to do this http://wiki.deepbot.tv/cancel_vip. After the VIP runs out (when it's transferred) I recommend waiting until that VIP ends before you set up another recurring payment under your new name.
